CC BY-NC-SA Expression of Intent / Clarifications Regarding What Is Considered Commercial Use

Per the creative commons declaration/explanation that states:

"CC cannot advise you on what is and is not commercial use. 
 If you are unsure, you should contact the rights holder for clarification"

This document serves as the clarification from this rights holder in regards to "AI" specifically

The express intent of inward.garden is that, in addition to all other nominal "commerical use" 
the license would typically cover, all uses that match the following will also be considered 
commercial and are explicitly disallowed:

1. All content of inward.garden and any modifications made to it may not be used for the purpose 
of training or improving large language models, machine learning algorithms, including but not 
limited to artificial intelligence, natural language processing, or data mining. This condition 
applies to any derivatives, modifications, or updates based on this site's content. Any usage of the 
site's content in an AI-training dataset is considered a breach of the license.

2. The site's content may not be included in any dataset used for training or improving large language
models, machine learning algorithms, including but not limited to artificial intelligence, natural language 
processing, or data mining.
